Services

Whatifnote provides operations systems consulting, SaaS products, Notion templates, and educational content. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work.

Payment

Course and template payments are processed at time of purchase. SaaS subscriptions are billed monthly. Service engagements are billed per the agreed payment schedule.

Refunds

Courses: 30-day money-back guarantee. Templates: All sales final (digital goods). SaaS: Cancel anytime, no refunds for partial months. Services: Refund terms per statement of work.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. Whatifnote retains ownership of the tools, templates, and systems built, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Whatifnote is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our products or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
